Resources for Hackers
Join us on Discord for help during the event:
- Join the Medplum Discord, then head to the hackathon channel
Get building:
- Medplum docs - the open source healthcare developer platform
- Building on Medplum with AI coding assistants
- Stedi test mode - build and test healthcare APIs without real payers
- Create a free Deepgram account - $200 in free credits for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agent APIs, no card required
- Deepgram Startup Program - keep building after the hackathon with credits that scale up to $100K as you grow
Judging Criteria
Hacks will be judged on two criteria:
- Potential impact: does the hack meaningfully improve patient care, clinician experience, or the quality of care delivered? We are looking for hacks in the spirit of Agentic Healthcare: intelligent, standards compliant, automated, even voice enabled, enhancing clinicians rather than adding to their workload.
- Effective use of the provided technologies: how well does the hack use Deepgram, Medplum, moss.dev, and/or Stedi?
